ID: exh73288b
This stock medical exhibit begins with an anterior view of the abdomen revealing the bowel shown transparently beneath the skin including a large mass in the distal jejunum,/proximal ileum. This image shows the placement of the initial laparoscopic instruments representing the initial laparoscopic examination. Next, a second anterior vie of the abdomen illustrates the conversion of the surgery from an exploratory laparoscopy to an open laparotomy. This image clearly shows the creation of an open incision. Finally, three enlarged views of an open incision are included showing the key steps of a bowel resection.
